Nelson Mandela Bay Science Fair is the premier regional science fair for learners in the Eastern Cape. Learners in Port Elizabeth, Uitenhage and Dispatch will have the opportunity to exhibit their scientific investigations and projects in Natural Sciences, Mathematics, Humanities, Robotics and Technology. Projects will be judged by a team of industry experts, and the best projects are selected to participate at SAYESS national/international science fair.
Project Registration
The process for project registration is explained on the “Entry Process” page. Schools must register, after which the learners can register and create their projects. Teachers will only select their best projects to participate in the Nelson Mandela Bay Science Fair.
Judge Registration
Judges can also register here. Once you have registered and been approved, you will need to log in and indicate which events you are available to judge at (each year). After entries have closed, you will be assigned to a judging group, and will be able to view the project documentation and schedule online interviews with the participants.
